I worked with Tim. Over all he’s a good guy, but he lacks on communicating. Sometimes It was difficult to get a hold of him. It would’ve been nice if he gave updates when he received them. Last but not least, he didn’t do too much explaining on the legal side. Almost felt like he didn’t look out for my best interest.

Tim Goetz is extremely easy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate attorney. I've completed several transactions with him, and they all have gone smoothly. Goetz law is the most well organized real estate attorney office I have ever worked with. Even when we run into an issue, Attorney Goetz doesn't panic, he just comes up with a solution and gets it done.
