Car wash isn’t working right now.nI paid twice - first time it didn’t work. Second time an employee came out and ran just a water cycle, no soap no undercarriage or anything that I paid for. Then she refused to give me a refund for it because “I already went through”.nnI’ve gone through this car wash Tons of times! It’s more expensive, but worth it.nI won’t be coming back though because of this terrible experience.nnI’ve never gotten into an argument with an employee Ever, but this one threatened to call the police when I asked for a refund or my receipt that they already took from me.nI don’t know what’s going on at this place. I guess customer service isn’t really expected at a gas station, and I don’t really care about “good” customer service, but this was Really bad.
