Tripp is a great representative and was thorough through our process of getting a mattress. When the delivery people caused a hassle with bringing my bed Tripp personally called and pushed for them to have it delivered in a timely manner. I walked into the store today to replace an old mattress, I’ve had that thing for ages and it’s definitely passed it’s prime. It’s been so long since I’ve bought a mattress, I wasn’t even sure what to look for in a new one. Nathan was great showing me around and helping me figure out what I wanted. He was so nice, and there wasn’t any pressure to make a decision. I’m very excited for my new mattress, it’ll be delivered right to my house!
