Stop going due to always waiting for delivery, tried it again 90 mins later still calling to find out food and then the girl forgot we even ordered food. Told her the address 3 times then she asked me if I was placing a order for pick up or delivery. I explained I already ordered and the same excuse comes out we had a rush, at 4:30 in the afternoon?
Second time ordering from Giovannis and when my pizza was delivered something happened in transit where the pizza was stuck to the top of the box. Had the driver bring it back, Giovanni's called me and apologized for the mishap and informed me that they were making a new pizza for half price and on their way asap! Mistakes happen and how its handled determines if people come back, giovannis handled this perfectly and their pizza is fantastic! Got a loyal customer with me. Thank you for the great service and food!
