Not respecting their clients and extremely rude! Not explaining the process and acting as if it's the client's fault for not understanding when you're going through this process for the first time. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend using their services to anyone!

Joe Mazzaccaro closed my mortage a few years ago and made dealing with a slow lender much easier. I recently refinanced and closed with Mazzaccaro again and got a great recommendation for a broker that found me a better rate than I had found on my own and we closed fast and easy.
