I have been coming to super suds for a few years. Everyone is always helpful and welcoming. Wether you drop things off and the staff washes and drys them or you do your laundry yourself. A very clean place for people to visit.
The attendant here knew I was in the parking lot but took it upon herself to just yank all my clothes out of the washer and sit them in a metal basket. Lazy attendant used all the top dryers for the wash and fold service forcing old people to use the bottom dryers and hunch over because she was too lazy to.
My clothes came out of the 30 lb. Washers soaking wet. The machine had to be reset during the wash because it malfunction. Cost a fortune to get any of the clothes dry even the ones for the washers the worked properly. Many of the clothes were not clean and attendant was rude.

This place is terrible. Unfortunately it's the only laundromat in town!! The attendant I dealt with was ok. The largest washers are very old!! The dryers are very very very old!! Plus you aren't allowed to use the restroom!! It's NOT completely handicapped accessible. You cannot access the office or the change machine! This place needs to be closed down and refurbished!
