We recently had to replace a gas fireplace that was over 25 years old. Superior came to our house, counseled us on the best solution, provided a competitive proposal, and then managed the entire process to conclusion. We loved their installers and ease of the whole process! Nick was there for us every time we had a question. Great people!
Well, they could start by putting appointments on the calendar. Then I won’t wait here for 3 hours while no one is even on their way. I tried the online message and I sat there waiting, after I explained my issue, no one responded. I tried to call the corporate number but they have 2 ads and if you don’t want to click through the ad, the service hangs up on you. Had an appointment the day after thanksgiving. Pellet stove fan seized up weeks ago but couldn’t get someone to come out til Friday after thanksgiving, so I waited. No one came, got through to Avon store where a “salesman” helped me cause service was closed. They wrote the appointment down but didn’t put it on the calendar. I will be going elsewhere.
Wonderful service!! Katelyn spent some time with us and taught us how to measure our fire place correctly for an insert!!
Great selection of accessories for My woodstove! Katelyn took care of Me and She was Awesome!!! Recommended a piece to store My fatwoods in and I Love it!!!
