Manager on duty at return desk was not very nice to her employee. We were utilizing warranty on kobalt shovel and the store rep didn't know if or how to do. No problem. He went to ask we assured him take his time. He came back and gave us the warranty like exchange. We went to grab and returned to desk. This is when the manager was not friendly to her employee. Otherwise the experience was fine. Being courteous and friendly goes further than most think.

Best home improvement store...definitely beats the competition! We moved recently and are closer to the competition...never seem to have luck there and and end up back at Lowe's!!nDon't bother going to the competition anymore.

I have never posted a review before but an employee at this store went above and beyond to help us. We went in for a refrigerator, not realizing that stocks were mostly wiped out and not being replaced due to Covid. Ron was absolutely outstanding. He looked up every single possible option for us and went in back to look at what was there also. When we got home we took measurements and called him with a question. He took the measurements, and our number, and called us back 15 minutes later after exploring all possible options. It was a difficult process and he made it so much easier on us and I am so grateful that he took the time to truly help. Ron is a fantastic employee and I highly suggest 1. Visiting him when you need something and 2. His manager looking into his excellent work for promotion or pay increase. He really went out of his way to make sure we knew all of our options.

So grateful I came to this store. Brian and Anthony managed to translate...then put together our whole list of supplies within minutes. Then Anthony was happy to follow us out to load everything into the truck. My father and I are so appreciative of these gentlemen from beginning to end. The best customer service experience compared to any other store I've visited by far. Thankyou guys!
