Limited parking. Don't go in too early. No bathroom available. Tight maneuvering, especially with other trucks waiting for doors.nnThey open earlier than 0700. I arrived at 0530, and checked in.nAppt 0600. Got door 0745. Rolling out 0845.nnNot the worst place, but not the best. 3 stars.
The food is so great! and their service is fast and nice staff!
Great space to manuever and park. Great attitudes of check in people. Great attitude and work ethic of lumpers. Unload time very resonable for a floor unload trailer. Great job HPC! Thanks for the great experience, many other places should copy your processes, procedures and logistics.
No overnight parking on site. 7am appointmentnArrived at 6:15am i've been sent away and told they are running late they will call me when ready. At 9:30am no calls. I came back on my own got the door. At 12:30 pm they start unloading me and on top of that lumper fee $240. I think they should pay me for that. It should go both ways. When we running late there is a charge, when they running late we still have to pay. Lost my reload. Lost my driving time for the day. There is not many worst places then this one. WHAT A BRAINLESS MORONS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
HPC is great for tractor trailers. It doesn't take long to get in and out.
