During the first few times I went to her, she was pleasant and professional. Would take her time to do my face. Recently the last couple of times I went to her, she would always overbook her schedule and my time would overrun with her other clients and she would rush to do my face wax and threading. Last time I went to her. A girl was literally waiting for me to finish so after she was done waxing, I was checking and I found hair on my face, (side note: poor lighting) so I politely told her, you missed something, she cleaned it and when I went to go check again, she didn’t bother to wait for me to finish and check, she told the other girl to sit and started doing her eyebrow and said, what are you paying with? Like that is very unprofessional. Mind you, she missed a lot to spot due to the poor lighting.

I have been going here for past 8 months and always had a great experience. They provide a wide range of services including waxing, threading , facial, pedicure and is at affordable price.

I came here to get a deep cleansing facial to help with my acne prone skin. I was able to call and make a same day appointment which was amazing. The location is at a home and you just follow the signs to the entrance!nThe products used on my face all smelled great and were applied with care. Additionally a suction was used on my t zone to help pull out clogs from my pores.nOverall it was a great experience for a reasonable cost. I'd recommend a visit!

I have been going here for 2 years now for my eyebrows and occasional lip and chin threading! She always does an amazing job and her prices are affordable and reasonable. Would recommended to anyone!

I used to love this place as it is neat and properly organized. But off late my experience was not so pleasant. I felt like i was rushed into things. Being hand waxed when your facial is in progress defeats the whole purpose of relaxation during facial. Plus when you have creams on your face you cannot check how many hairs are left unwaxed only to be found once back home. Facial felt like a cleanup not facial was done in less than half an hour. Other places dedicate one full hour when i am paying good amount for facial. Eyebrows and upper lips waxed so badly that it left a small injury mark and swelling on my lips. Either they are not trained to do wax eyebrows or may be in rush. Another thing the person doing the facial should put a mask on their face as they burp and breathe out on client’s face making the whole process unpleasant. For a moment i felt like yelling on this lady for lacking basic manners.I am not sure if I ever be going back to this place,
