I had came in for a fill and a man had taken care of me. He didn’t talk much, don’t think he knew a lot of English. I loved the colors and thought he did an okay job. But I thought wrong. Not even 24 hours passed and my nail broke in half. I was doing nothing that should have done this. When I got to the salon that same day the lady was rude as ever. She said oh sometimes we do things and it breaks. I tried explaining I didn’t do anything that would cause it to crack in half. Before I could finish she cut me off then walked away. I felt so disrespected. Then the man cut off my natural nail all the way off trying to take off the rest of the acrylic. They thought I was going to pay for this nail fix think again. I will never spend a dollar again here!! Do not give them any service. Quality and service is trash !
My daughter went there and they did a horrible job. She had to get them redone at another nail salon. I could have done a better job and I have never done nails in my life. I can't believe they are in business doing nails that bad. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.
Absolutely Terrible! I asked for coffin, they came out crooked and they cut off my natural nail on the sides. My whole nail bed isn’t even covered with acrylic ud83dude21ud83dude21
My step mom and I told them REPEATEDLY what we wanted and they proceeded to do the opposite and charge us extra. The only reason we didn’t raise hell is because we were running on a tight schedule. Please don’t waste your money or time, DO NOT GO HERE!
My nails were misshapen and two came off within just a few days. One came off just while I was washing my hands, and the other came off in my sleep. Luckily I was able to get them fixed out near Uconn.
