The people in the pharmacy are always so responsive and efficient. I never have to wait compared to other branches (N Main St in West Hartford).

The pharmacy used to be pretty good but lately it’s been nothing but issues. I get the robocall to my house saying my prescription is ready, I go, and they say it’s not ready and I’ll have to wait (and with the line at all times I’m usually waiting about an hour before getting an attendant). This time I went, they said it was filled but I’d actually have to wait two days-fine- but when I come back four days later it’s not filled. And the staff there, with be the exception of one guy, are the least Apologetic I’ve ever encountered. Do not go here.

I'm hesitant to write this because I don't know who's at fault, and I'd hate it if blame was placed on the wrong employee/manager. However, this place is broken. Almost every time I go, there's a problem with a prescription, the wait is insane, ect.nnSometimes everything is fine and the whole transaction is seamless. But like I said, most times this is not the case. Something has to change here.
