What an incredible store. I have always been impressed with the service, merchandise and repairs, but I was particularly touched when, literally moments before the Simsbury shop closed in March, I bumped into Bill Selig in front of his store.nnMy wedding ring needed an adjustment and I had really hoped to be able to wear it as we all moved into quarantine with the stay-at-home orders. Bill did not hesitate. He took the ring inside and emerged minutes later with a perfectly polished ring that fit beautifully. So wonderful and generous of him to help. A good man and a lovely store.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bill Selig Jewelers and the awesome people that work there. They are ALWAYS extremely helpful, kind, and go way above and beyond. All the jewelry is beautiful too! I only have a few pieces of jewelry but I told my husband if he ever buys me anything else I would like it to be from them.

Had a ring resized with a special inscription and they were able to save the inscription. I also took my engagement ring diamond to be made into a pendant. Marie suggested a halo setting and it turned out perfect. Great service. Great attention to detail. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Every time you walk through their doors you are treated like the most important customer in a profession and caring way. Their welcoming and personal care and interest is the same for everyone. Whether your getting a new watch battery or buying a diamond ring their enthusiasm and amazing assistance is outstanding. Best local jewelry store in the State!
