My first ever experience with electrolysis was two weeks ago. I went to Donna Crump. My second experience was one week ago. I went to Donna Crump.nAfter that I decided that I need to know if this is what I should expect from an electrologist, thinking there must be other choices in my area. I quickly found one in my same town.nMy third experience with electrolysis was this morning with my now new electrologist. The difference in experience was like night and day between the two! I am so happy that I found someone else. So happy that I felt I needed to warn others about Donna. I found her to be unprofessional, her bedside manner and handling of me physically to be rough. Her office is dark, very small, unorganized with old file cabinets and paperwork strewn about. The icing of the cake was when she lied to me leaving me feeling that I needed her more than she needed me.nThe most important part of my review is how each of the two treatments left me with scabs that are still visible today. [A side bar: I wondered why at the very least she couldn't have some nice spa music playing to add to her otherwise dreary office and to help relax her clients.]nWell, It's been 3 hours since I had my third electrolysis experience with my NEW person. After a 45-min treatment, I have absolutely NO SCABBING. Not one! The energy of her office struck me immediately. It was fresh and bright, smelled of essential oils and she had lovely relaxing music playing softly in the background.nI would not recommend Donna to anyone. I really think she is more interested in her travel/event planning business than she is this one.

Dr. Donna Crump is extraordinary. I bought a groupon and went to her office for the first time today. She was honest in telling me that laser hair removal would be a better alternative due to the excess of hair that I had. She made recommendations and encouraged me to return the groupon to get my money back. She even proceeded to not charge me for her time, which is extremely kind-- I can’t think of any other professional that would do the same! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Crump for her electrolysis services!

I have found Donna Crump to be informative and professional and felt very comfortable under her care. I highly recommend.

Very hard to get appointments. Donna is frequently traveling, hours are inconsistent and no weekend availability. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
