Wonderful customer service! The personnel are so friendly, they always remember our names! They are efficient and are always careful to be accurate with our complicated accounts. They helped me transfer my parents’ conservatorship and estate accounts. Then they helped us with my husband’s new business accounts as well as transferring our personal accounts into new Webster accounts. They feel like the small town banks I grew up with and yet they have all the online capabilities and competitive edge of the large banks of today. I’m so glad that Webster is my Bank!

We have been sitting in the drive in for 10 min and counting now (after we were told they would be right with us and watch them take person after person in the lobby.) I may just walk in, leave my husband in the car and see who would be able to make our transaction first!
