Critical organization to the area especially for dmv services
I did not go to the Location but when I called, They were very very polite and gracious and I just wanna say thank you so much for the helpful information about my driver's license. I'll see you soon
Staff is very helpful. Great experience. The associate Sarah was very nice and efficient at her job and other employees.
We were waiting to be helped and one of the representatives was looking up her cruise that she was taking soon. She was using the desk computer to look up pictures of the cruise ship and showing them to others who were in the process of helping those waiting. She was printing out pages for the cruise, talking about the drink prices and folding it into her purse while we were waiting to be seen. It would be more efficient if they were less distracted. But why be motivated to help more when your pay is the same? I get it. But this place used to be more efficient than waiting at the DMV.
Had an appointment to renew my driver’s license. Greeted promptly outside of the office by staff due to COVID-19 to check in. Once inside, the staff was wonderful and I paid and had my license picture taken all within 10-15 minutes after arriving. Service was superb and I would highly recommend anyone needing a license renewal to visit Cromwell AAA.
