If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in there this evening and about 4 associates saw me standing by the formula case and not one acknowledged me even though we made eye contact. No one asked if I needed help. I had my son in my arms bc I thought it would be quick in and out... when I was finally checked out, Tania could not say hello, make eye contact, say you’re welcome, tell me my total, nothing. She threw my receipt in the bag with an attitude...l and these ppl want $15/hr? L O L!!

Horrible customer service. They don't verify id,address, or anything when picking up medication. They have given my meds out to my father since we have the same name and didn't verify Sr or Jr. We have different addresses and different dates of birth so they is no excuse for them. People in the world have the same name so verification should be a huge factor. They have done it on numerous occasions. They do not follow the privacy act at all. Horrible

The pharmacist technician Melissa on Sunday's is beyond rude and it's a shame the pharmacist didn't say anything. She was rude on the phone and worse in person. I understand people have a bad day, but this was beyond horrible and I'll be going to a different pharmacy from now on. If 0 stars was possible, they'd get it.
