My family and I have been a loyal customer to this cleaner for 10plus years. I recently purchased a brand new white shirt about a month ago and have wore this shirt twice bringing it to the cleaners each time after. The first time the shirt was fine. When I picked up the shirt the second time the shirt looked like it was baby blue with dark blue spots on the front side. The owner claimed I brought the shirt to him like that. He was very rude and calling me a liar stating I brought it to another cleaners. Sadly after being a customer with them for 10plus years I will never use them again!

We originally started going to Timely Cleaners because they are close to home. However, the owner is an elderly gentlemen who isn't able to see as well as he once did. I got shirts back with more stains than when they went in. The prices reflect a first rate dry cleaner but the service doesn't add up. There's 3 more dry cleaners in a .5 mile radius... any one of them will do a better job.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Went in to have a jumper hemmed. I picked jumper up and once I got home realized that the requested inches were not taken off. Went in to notify them that it was still too long and the wife of the owner immediately accused me of trying to get work done for free. Explained to her that if jumper was hemmed properly the first time there would be no need to repay or get it redone. She was not even there when I intially dropped the item off. Then her husband came up front and agreed with her. I will never do business here again. Extremely rude and unprofessional. First rule in consumer business the customer is always right.
