Best gym around! Supportive trainers, amazing community of other members, variety of classes. Can't say enough about how this gym has changed my mindset of working out. Gets me up at 5am everyday with a pep in my step!
I have been training with Julie, owner, for over 6 years. She is an inspiration to say the very least. Because of Julie I am in the best shape of my life and have the drive and motivation to push myself - every day. Her energy is contagious. Energy Zone is a beautiful facility.
