Jeff and Mackenzie are truly passionate about their community, their facility and of course helping their members hit their goals! The programming has helped me stay stronger than when I was in college but in a safe and controlled way. I loved it so much I decided to Coach part time because of how great my experience has been!

Been going to Back East for over a year and I love it! The coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. No matter what level you’re at they’ll make sure you are taken care of throughout the WOD’s with the right focus and attention. The people that I work out with are super supportive and motivating. The equipment is all top notch Rogue gear with plenty of space and vertical. If you drop in during a class the music will be pumping and you’ll feel the energy flowing. Awesome box with a great vibe you’ll look forward to every day (even on rest days)

I have been a member since day one. The coaching is top notch as is the programming. If your looking to change things up or wanting to get fitter and stronger this is the place for you!!

My first time doing crossfit EVER and I’m so glad this is where it all began. Two years later and I’m loving it even more than I did when I first started! The coaches have helped me so much with learning the techniques of this sport and now I’m doing things I never thought I’d be able to do. I’ve made many new friendships here and for the first time I feel like I am part of a crossfit community ud83dudc99
