I dealt with Luis GARCIA and he was the most professional and friendly staff member on. He helped me picked the perfect sofas for my new home and gave us his full options in a respectful manner. But, The reasoning for my 3 stars was the manager on duty. He was very standoffish. I am a regular and I always purchase furniture from this company but the last encounter was not the greatest. I purchased over $2000 in furniture and one of the couches we got was a floor model because they didn’t have any in stock. We were going back and forth with the manager giving us a small percentage off as it has been used and on the floor for some time. After the back and forth he agreed to give us a small percentage off of the sofa which we were grateful for but then he wanted to sell my husband and I a floor model TV stand at full price. It was dinged up pretty bad and his answer was “you can take this one at full price or you’re just going to have to wait until we get more in” , in a very rude tone. He kept going on talking over Mr.Garcia as Garcia tried to finish the sell. I did not appreciate his tone. I have read the reviews and saw that I am not the only customer with problems encountered and I hope you guys take proper actions for his attitude and lack of professionalism. If it wasn’t for Garcia this review would of been half a star. THANK YOU GARCIA!!

My sectional was delivered from American Freight Rocky Hill yesterday. I had to buy the display one because there wasn’t anymore in stock. Upon it being set up and laying on it for a few hours, I got up and noticed 5 bug bites on my side. Upon looking in the seams of the couch, I realized that it had BEDBUGS in it.nnI moved into a brand new apartment and I moved with very little furniture (just a bed and an entertainment center). The couch has been in my home for less than 24 hours. Yet Luis (the manager) was accusing me of lying and saying there was no way that the couch would’ve had bedbugs and that if it did, it must have come from the apartment. Again, the couch was in my possession for less than 12 hours and there was virtually nothing in the apartment beforehand. He ended up hanging up on me mid-sentence despite the fact that I was polite to him. I didn’t ask for my money back. I wasn’t trying to get store credit. I wanted the same couch I bought sans the BEDBUGS. I would have paid the difference between the display model a and a packed up one.nnI’m fortunate enough that I can afford to have the sectional professionally cleaned. But I shouldn’t have to. And instead of accusing me of lying (because what would I get out of that when I wasn’t asking for my money back or a different type of couch), they should look at all of their floor models. Because if one has BEDBUGS, I guarantee the others do as well. So don’t shop from here. All American Freight (and Luis) want is your money and they’ll sell you an unsanitary product to get it.

The sales associates were knowledgeable and friendly. The financing was easy, I did it online and went in, it took about 10 minutes. The entire process to get a new living room was 30 minutes. Delivery was $80 and arrived on time the next day. They don’t try to scam you with gimmicks like some of the rental centers. And we love our new furniture. Also get the warranty!! Will definitely be back!

Brady was very helpful with our purchases today. He was very accommodating to our needs. We will be back to shop there again.

The store staff should show courtesy to customers when calling this store on phone. Twice it happened that I called the store to check something and both times they said they will call back but the never did. When I called again to follow up, the person answering phone sounded very annoyed and impolite and mentioned that he is busy and very rudely answered the question I had. In a competitive market when customers have more self service stores and online buying options, such behavior discourage people from visiting such stores. Hope the company management will train its store staff how to properly behave with customers.
