I went to Dr Bocciarelli a few times before he was on the Silas Deane Highway in Rocky Hill he pulled my widson teeth he gave me laughing gas I was a sleep he took all my wisdon teeth out before I knew it I went home I went to get more teeth out he did a great job. I went to get a implant he does a great job

I haven’t had a tooth removed since I was a teenager and those were my 4 wisdom teeth all at one time.nNow in my early 60’s it came as an emotional jolt to hear I needed a molar ud83euddb7 removed.nDr Bocerelli made it PAINLESS. After the grape flavored numbing solution was applied a few minutes went by. Then I was told I’d feel just 2 little pinches for the novacaine. Another few minutes went by and I confirmed the area was pretty numb. He explained I will now only feel a bit of pressure. Bingo Bango the tooth came out. No Pain! I took a few Advil’s after my chicken soup and slept like a baby. I also applied an ice pack to my cheek so as to eliminate swelling.nDr Bocerelli I would recommend to everyone that needs and extraction and he offers GREAT prices for implants. Was refereed to Dr. B. by my dentist for the extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth that was starting to hurt really bad. Surgery took less than 5 minutes, the longest part was me going into and out of the gas to relax me. I went back a week later for my check up which i had described my face being in pain and not sleeping well. Dr. B. knew without even looking I had dry-socket :-( He promised me he was going to do something that would take the pain away in 30 minutes. He wasn't kidding - as I was driving home I noticed the pain subsiding and then it was gone! I slept SO good that night. I had to go back two more times to check on the socket and was then told it was good to go!nnThe staff there are just wonderful! They are all so very nice.nnDr. B. himself is such a great guy! He really knows his stuff - just go take a look at his work history and teaching gigs - this man is great!

Extremely disappointed! I actually walked out before even having my procedure done. I rarely ever review which says a lot. I called twice prior to my scheduled appointment to inquire about the cost of my appointment. I specifically informed them of my insurance and requested estimates of all parts of my procedure. I wanted to be sure I could pay them in full the day of. After filling out all of my paperwork I was informed that this dentist is out of network and the cost would increase, that I needed extra xrays and a consult at an additional cost. At no point during my two prior conversations did anyone tell me that they were out of network and that I would need to pay for a consult and extra xrays. My records were sent to their office ahead of time so they should have been prepared and informed me so that I could also be aware of the additional costs. In talking with the front desk staff I was told that it was my responsibility to find out if they were in network. Really? It’s not as if I disregarded my responsibility, I called twice to discuss my insurance and cost. During both of my prior conversations why is it that neither staff person could inform me, “by the way we are out of network.” That would have been the considerate thing to do. I took off of work to be at this appointment. At no point did anyone at the office apologize for the misunderstanding, error or inconvenience. They just put it on me, stated that they had no idea who I talked to and left it at that. For such an expensive procedure, I expected more than the irresponsibility, inconvenience or complete disregard for what I was experiencing. I would not recommend this office if you paid me.
