All the other reviews are correct about friendliness of the staff, I would give 5 stars for that . However, the reason I’m leaving 3 stars is, I called the refill line on a Sunday evening, for 2 day pick up. My Rx was ready Tuesday but it happens to be Christmas Eve and when I showed up to pick up my Rx at 2 pm there was a paper sign in the window stating they were closed at 1 pm for Christmas Eve. I feel as though the sign was insufficient communication. People who call in their Rx won’t see the sign until picking up. Should have been a message on the refill line or on the text message I received at 11 am telling me my Rx was ready, that they would be closing in 2 hours. I’m very disappointed and now have to wait 2 More days for my Rx.

Very polite, arrived 1:50 on Saturday, 2 cars ahead of us in drive thru. Went very quickly and smoothly. Attending knew exactly who we were we were allset in less than a minute. She wore a protective mask and her smile was evident beneath it! The packaging was beautiful with a hand written note from when we had called few days prior. Perfect Service. Very easy to spot and very easy to find. Thanks for your empeccable service.. Take Note **our family was turned away by 4 Other Big Chain Pharmacies that handle our family on a weekly basis.nSo thanks for coming through especially during the epidemic.nThanks for your great service with a Smile that even a Mask Couldn't Hide!nLalania T.
