I called to order takeout and was put on hold for 7 minutes. Was number 5 on the list. When a human answered I was placed on hold again. After 2 minutes the call dropped. I could hear voices in the background which was frustrating. I called back and was placed on hold again for 6 minutes. Gave up. Will never spend a nickel in this place . If you can't answer the phone professionally and courteously, you won't ever get my business.

One of my favorite places to get salad and garlic knots. The wraps are amazing and everything is very reasonably priced. The service is amazing always even if its delivery. They are quick and get our orders right every time! Hey Candi ud83dude0a

This will be our last visit to Paradise Pizza in Southington. Waited over 30 minutes for a cheese pizza and when I went back into the restaurant to inquire about the order the chef practically threw the pizza box at me. With service like that there are plenty of other restaurants on Route 10 in Southington. Stay away from this place unless you like to have bad service on a regular basis then this is the Italian cuisine for you.

Absolutely disgusted. I ordered chicken Florentine from this place and I found A STAPLE in my food. I almost swallowed it. I called them back, and they were very rude about it, and I had to argue with them about a refund. Candy the lady who answered the phone was very defensive, and all she said was “There is no way a staple could have gotten in the food” Not even an apology when I could have been seriously injured!
