I was buying wine there for almost a year, the owner's son recommended a wine when I told him I didn't like wine that taste like vinegar, the wine was horrible so next visit I brought the wine in less 1/2 a glass and told the owner that the wine was terrible. He mumbled some excuse and did NOT offer any kind of compensation, no return, no apology, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Well Maple package store, you would have had a customer for life spending $50 a month, now you've lost a customer for good..hope it was worth it, I expected you to know better..to be raised better!
