Best way to judge a cleaner is when there is a problem and this is where Jenny K failed. I recently moved to the area and started to use Jenny K. I got my shirt back and the sleeve was torn (a straight cut). I took it back and was told that it was normal wear and tear. It's a Brooks Brothers shirt so not a cheap shirt and in good shape. I have been using cleaners for close to 40 years and never had a problem like this. As you might expect I am now switching cleaners.

Love this place. Dropped off a pair of lab coats, one old and one new. When I picked them up, you can tell which was the old and which was the name because they were both sparkling white. Service is great and the prices are reasonable.

THEY STOLE MY HANGERS!! It was my first and LAST visit! The lady who works here is RUDE!! When I asked her where my nice hangers were, she told me she didn’t have them and that for future reference I shouldn’t give them my hangers.(the professional thing to do would be to tell me to take my hangers with me when I dropped my clothing off instead of purposely stealing them just to be a horrible person)..I could’ve escalated the situation, seeing as how she stole my property but that would only take more time and effort that these crooked people don’t deserve. Instead I hope they go out of business! She should not be working in a customer service job! Don’t waste your time and money here!

I have to say the service here is excellent. Everytime I come in they know who I am. I love that I can drop my bag and not have to wait. Rosa is an excellent employee and always so happy as are the other girls.

Just moved in, after trying all other cleaners, Jenny K is just the very BEST!
