Helpful friendly staff, super flexible and able to work within your budget. Really appreciate the relaxed atmosphere. No pressure at all to make a sale. They seemed to genuinely understand what I was looking for and helped me get the perfect engagement ring. The best part is Michaels is a local jeweler who has an actual master jeweler unlike the big box competitors! Would recommend Michaels to anyone

It’s always a pleasure to stop by whether it is for a cleaning, repairs, or window shopping!! This time it was to repair a broken prong on my wife’s diamond engagement ring. Leslie was a consummate professional who was warm, welcoming, and even knew my name. Never disappointing, I very highly recommend Michael’s (especially in Bristol) to everyone.

Simply amazing!! Is all I can say, the staff there was absolutely fantastic. Suuuper helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to get me the perfect piece of jewelry at the right price. I highly recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be returning for all of my other jewelry needs in the future. 5 stars.

Leslie is a wonderful and helpful staff member. My wife bought our rings back in 2016 (ironically Leslie knew the date better than I did!) and she helped me find a wedding band that fit the engagement ring she purchased. Staff are always smiling and incredibly helpful everytime we enter. It’s definitely some of the best service you could receive. I also really love that they don’t push you to buy anything unlike other stores.

Leslie was very knowledgeable. Very good place to go along with high quality products and reasonable prices. My fourth time with Leslie and she always has the info on the newest merchandise and sales.
