I had a great experience being my first visit. The service was quick and efficient. The staff was very welcoming and kind. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Chris, he kindly went out of his way to perform a service on my watch that they don’t typically do and I am very grateful.nHighly recommend this store!

Platinum pawn is the only pawn shop I go to .nEvery time I stroll in I’m greeted like family , alway great prices as well as selection. These guys give you no reason to shop anywhere else.

Not in the habit of going to pawn shops but I heard that they usually carry watch batteries. So I googled and found this one. Very glad I did. Had 2 watches and no idea what kind they were or how to change them. The gentleman opened them up and quickly replaced them both for me. Store is very clean and well organized. Thanks!
