I am disabled and go to PF with my service dog, Swanson, using a walker to get around. Either the staff at the front desk or a member has never failed to hold the door for me when I arrive or leave.nAlso, I use the crank cycle which was on the lower level. Today I asked the manager if she would consider moving it to the upper level so I wouldn't have to walk. Within 10 minutes it was done! Now this is customer service. The facility is spotless and constantly cleaned.
So far so good, clean and covid aware...pretty sure im going to switch permanently..

I really appreciated how the manager (Alex) helped me handle an issue with my membership. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and respectfully and, ultimately, helped me solve my issue. I was very impressed by his professionalism!
I really like this gym! The staff members are very friendly and the equipment is in great shape and plentiful.
