Walked in with someone at the door ready to assist. Buying a lawnmower the gentleman asked his associate for the right cart that I forgot to bring in. I bought the lawnmower while they put it in my Forester. The whole transaction time was less than 4 minutes from parking to leaving and I never even had to touch the box till I got home. Thanks guys for all your help.
There is an employee named Gary there. He was knowledgeable and offered me great customer service. He took the time to show me the items I would need and instructed me clearly how to complete the task successfully. It was an important project for my family and with his help my family is a lot happier. I could see that he cared that I was successful and made me feel that I could come back to see him if anything went wrong. Gary is that rare gem that every company wishes they had. Great staff, very helpful. Had some shipping issues with quite a bit of flooring, customer service handled it well and we're actual human beings throughout the situation.
I am highly upset. I am out of town and had pick up as as the selected option as I am getting married the upcoming weekend and needed a specific piece of hardware for my backyard wedding. I arrived before 9p when the closing hours are posted and the doors were locked. I was not let into the building and able to receive my already paid for itemnIt was completely understaffed and the person outside did not say one word to me after waiting at the door for 10+ minutes.
I like this particular HD. Clean and easy to get in and with what I need.
