Absolutely nothing but problems with this place. We bought a king frame and mattress to be delivered 9/8. The day before the send a text saying the mattress wasn’t available till late October! After spending 1 hour on the phone with the absolutely pointless customer service line who could not do anything for us the frame arrived on 9/8. The movers could not get the bed frame into the room and told my wife they probably could get it in but won’t and left it for me for when I got home to try and get it in the room and do the full set up. We went to the store to talk about the mattress and were told by the store they couldn’t get our mattes for us. So to try and not be rude we picked out another mattress and were told we would receive it today, well guess what happened. We got a text from the company only an hour before we were set to receive our mattress that it was delayed a full week. You can not continue to do this to customers and expect them to be ok with it. If anyone reads this and they want to actual get furniture delivered, set up on any sort of time table they can prepare for after spending a whole weekend renovating a room, don’t go to this place. They clearly do not care a single bit about their customers.

Good furniture selection, but unfortunately they didn't have much for office furniture when we went there. However if you're looking for new furniture for your bedroom or living space, this is probably one of the best local places to go.

Extremely upset right now. I just got my dining table set delivered but it was the wrong one! They got my order wrong. The delivery guy told us that there was nothing they could do and that we had to come to Bob's to report it. So we drove back to Bob's and they gave us the run around they still kept getting the wrong item! Now we gotta freaking wait all over again to get the correct dining set. This is unacceptable. You would think they would offer you anything after the long wait and inconvenience. Wont shop there again.
