1st time knowing about this store ever.. Lots of options for arts and crafts... so many options to choose from.. this place really has everything you need to make whatever your imagination wants... if solar flares would take out our satellites and bring earth ud83cudf0e back 100 years, this is the place you would want to have access... :)ud83dude03
Why give out coupons if you make it impossible to use them? Train your employees better. Your cashier wouldn't even look me in the eyes when I was asking her about the 20% coupon.
THIS IS THE BEST JOANN FABRICS I'VE BEEN TO SO FAR. THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL
Would give zero stars. Staff were rude and uncomfortable. I get it's the holidays and it gets busy but you could be a little nicer. Always some problem with coupons. No one ever wants to help so unless you know exactly what you're looking for and where it is, don't bother coming here.
So every time I go to this Joann's they always have a line to check out! Then if I cant find a product and ask for help the staff always seem annoyed. I try not to go here if possible.
