When time came to install luxury vinyl planks in my basement and carpet on the stairs, I must have researched over a dozen places in CT. FloorsNow stood out from the others. They gave the most professional proposal, offered the most value and were easy to deal with. The installers were professionals and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend. I was on a short time schedule and the staff were extremely helpful! The selection is great and prices very comparable to the big box stores, but why shop big when you can support a local family owned business?. Order, install and follow up all took place in less than two weeks! That’s what I call turnaround for special order flooring. Definitely recommend!
Floors Now refinished the hardwood in my entire house prior to moving in and it completely transformed the space! The floors are 80+ yrs old and had been practically destroyed from animals and decades of poor care; now they look stunning and brand new. I couldn't be happier with the results and also the quick and kind customer service of everyone I worked with in the process. They created a custom stain color based off a few ideas I had and as soon as I saw it I knew it would be perfect. Will absolutely be using them again when it's time to finish the kitchen and basement!
These guys were fantastic. They wore masks and kept a distance. They were prompt and answered all my questions. They were quiet, careful, and worked quickly. Couldn't ask for more and the product is just beautiful. They ripped out an old carpet in our great room and installed vinyl flooring. Looks like a brand new room.
This place is extremely overpriced the salesman were rude and unprofessional. I got way cheaper prices from a smaller business in Southington I would never shop here or recommend this to anyone. All these five stars must be from the company because this place is terrible!!!
