I ordered an arrangement from this location a few weeks ago and I absolutely loved it. The fruit was fresh and the chocolate-covered strawberries were delicious. The customer service was wonderful as they quickly helped me place an order and were super friendly.nnI’ll definitely be ordering again!
I have used this location several times and each time they have been very accommodating and friendly. The products are always a hit. This is my go to location. You can’t go wrong.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If I could give no stars I would. I am not a person that likes to leave reviews but this store and owner is extremely rude. Do not spend your money here. PAY ATTENTION TO REVIEWS. I wanted to do something different outside of flowers. I will stick to flowers next time. They will take your money for a more expensive item and send a cheaper item. Won’t communicate any order issues before sending item. And don’t even bother thinking about a refund for the difference. They will insult your intelligence and laugh in your face after taking your money. The owner is a joke and cares about no one he also is the owner of Manchester store just a heads up.
Called to make sure they were open and was astonished by the friendliness of the customer service person (sofia) and my friend loved the product I sent them! Will be using them again.
