From the first visit (February of 2020) up to this time my experience with the staff and crew has been the greatest. You see as a young child I had the most terrifying experiences with my dentist. I explained this to the dentist and she immediately understood, their compassion is beyond my expectations. I received my permanent upper teeth which by the way have a great feeling and fit like a glove. I may need an adjustment but I’m confident my needs will be meant. Very shady business practice, avoid.nnGot dental cleaning here about a few months ago. I’ve never gone to a dentist that does not do cleaning and examination on the same day. And the reason here is that most of the first day is spent in a “consulting office” where they try to sell you from electric toothbrush to unnecessary services like oral cancer screening, using scare tactics to see outside specialists for additional charge and referral fees. I ultimately ended up paying for fluoride treatment with dental cleaning service which I was told was not covered by insurance and had to pay $33. The regular cleaning was covered fully by insurance.nnFew weeks down the line I get a bill in the mail stating I owe $20 extra for the fluoride. I called the billing office and explained that I had already paid uncovered insurance rate in full. After lengthy holding conversation the worker told me that this was a mistake as they had “forgot” to put a discount in.nnI get another bill about a month later, with the same bill. I had explained the story thus far, and without any regard to the content of the story I had told, I get a broken machine repeat of how insurance did not cover it (even after asking how does this make sense since I had known that from the beginning, and paid the amount they told me to pay). She said she would check on it and call me back.nnNot getting a call back, I called the office again and the same broken answering machine repeat of how insurance did not cover, and that I owe the money. Any further questions or clarification how this may have happened was met with “you owe this how would you like to pay today” and stating if I don’t pay that it will go to collections.nnThe workers I talked with are Kisha and Melissa.nnObviously $20 is not worth the time of me going through all this trouble but just the principle of this is so mind boggling. Imagine what kind of larger transaction they would be attempting to scam if they play this dirty trick with $20.Obviously will not be returning here and I recommend against this place.

Very expensive and customer service could be better. I have a 1000 plus bill for getting just one tooth pulled. When I asked to go over my bill again because I lost the papers, they said they can not go over the bill over the phone nor email me a copy. I eventually called the 1800 number to inquire about this and they said that I have to sign a release form and they can fax me the release form or I would have to pick it up, which at that point if I was driving all the way there, I can just pick up the bill instead. Either way Farmington office never told me this, just that I had to come in for the bill. At least getting something faxed and then situated that way is a little more convenient then having to go there if you do not live close.
