Wonderful experience! Dr Cos and his staff were professional, accommodating and always smiling. My oldest had his braces on for just a year and my daughter will be the same. Dr Cos always consulted with me and my kids before doing anything. My kids love going to see the office because the staff was gentle and listened to their concerns. In this hard time I felt nothing but comfort knowing that Dr Cos and staff would take care of them as I was not able to enter. If you are looking for a welcoming and professional office for yourself or kids this is the place to go!!

If you’re looking for an Orthodontist for your child’s treatment for braces this is the place to go. I brought my son here because his upper teeth were growing in sideways and I was told by his school nurse at the time to have him see an Orthodontist. Dr. Cos did such an amazing job with his teeth that I would recommend you to bring your child here for their braces treatment. The process from beginning to end was just amazing! So don’t wait book a consultation today!

Dr. Cos and his staff are the best! Everyone is very nice, caring and professional. Every visit is a great experience, never have to wait and Dr. Cos is very detailed about what he is doing and the progress of your treatment. My son is in the final stages of his braces and his smile looks amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Cos to anyone!

I loved how they treated my daughter and me whenever we went in. I also was happy how they didn't keep you waiting for a long time in the waiting room. All the employees where very friendly and so was the doctor as well. very recommended place to go get your braces done!!! Keep up the great work family of greater Hartford Orthodontics!!!!

If you’re looking for a doctor who wouldn’t even ask you your concerns, jumps straight to diagnostic tests and doesn’t bother to establish a therapeutic relationship- this is the place for you, and I believe no patient genuinely concerned about their health would want that.nI went in with my kid after reading all the pretty reviews, only to be disappointed by the fact that the doctor didn’t even ask what his problems were, took a bunch of X-rays in the next appointment and asked us to look out for a mail which would indicate if our insurance clearance was accepted or denied. Fast forward two months, the mail arrived stating that the insurance is denied because the procedure isn’t medically necessary- 1) Because he didn’t have an swallowing or biting problems 2) There wasn’t evidence of body image disturbance that could be fixed by braces. How is this even valid when they didn’t ask us what our concerns were, because the above issues are EXCACTLY why he wanted braces.nSo like I should, I called them up to tell them this and asked for a quote anyway. They said that they’ll give me $500 off I could book an appointment tomorrow and get his braces done.nHonestly, I think all they care about is business and I’ve never come across a doctor who didn’t pay the least bit of attention to establishing a rapport. If you have a similar issue, please don’t waste your time on this place.
