I like the one in Newington because I been going there for years. The people is great and they are like my family. They have been with me through hard times and I have been with them. They are helpful and kind and they will give you the best of service.
Almost closed my account because of the customer service representative at the Hartford location. I hung up and called this location and they fixed the problem.
My one draw back is that they don't have 24 hour customer care they only have a line for lost and stolen card ' if anything else is happening you can't get anyone until during the week

I will be reporting this bank to the Better Buisness Bureau and I will get my twenty back. After today, I will be banking human again by opening up an account with TD Bank.
