These guys have such an attitude, almost makes you lose your appetite. When you call they sounds decent, but when the delivery guy gets to you it's completely different. Wont call them back again!
The food is so great! and their service is fast and nice staff!
I moved to New Britain and could not find any really good pizza place with decent prices until I ran into this place. The party pizza is so good and at such a good price and the people there are so friendly.
The prices are great, when my girlfriend comes down from NH, this is her favorite pizza joint, as well as mine. I love empire, and i also live up the street from the guys that run it, there very friendly and they are characters to always crack me up!
The food was cold nasty and took forever to come called to complain and whoever answered phone was beyond rude been going to empire for 30+ years due to this being the 2nd time its happened since pandemic i wont order from here again plenty other places around
