Ordered pizza this evening. They left the order on our neighbors steps. They claimed it wasn't their fault because the house they left the order at had no house number (disregarding the large well-lit house number on our house right across the street). By the time the mistake was discovered, the pizza had been sitting on cold concrete for 45 minutes. The MAX 5 response was to offer us 10% off the next pizza we ordered. We will gladly save them the effort by never ordering from this establishment again. Completely incapable of taking responsibility for their mistakes.

First time ordering from here and omg hands down my new go to place pizza was amazing and the potato skins were better than any other place I've ordered before. The young man who delivered my food was super polite made it even more of a reason to order again. The only reason i gave 4 stars was the cheesecake it was nasty and didnt taste anything like cheesecake tasted old and rubbery.

First time ordering from Max, pizza was excellent! We ordered the special. It was loaded with toppings, cooked well with a nice crispy crust. Will definitly be back!

Eat at your own risk. Let me be clear, the pizza is good, however, I have ordered twice in the last month. The first, was a Friday night where I found all five members of staff hanging out in the middle of the kitchen close together around the prep table just talking and laughing having a good time, masks either nonexistent or around their chins (two of five).nnThe second was a Tuesday where a different chef was again unmasked and handling orders. There wasn’t even the illusion of a mask around his chin, so I’d think he pulls it up around his face when taking food out the oven and boxing it up.nnEach time I’ve put my meal back in the oven for 20 mins just to be safe. I’m going to look for another spot, not worth the risk as the temperatures start to fall and more ppl begin sniffling.

Let myself clarify the food is great but this is the third time that I requested food to deliver from there. Each time I requested the pizza to be deliver at my door. Every single time the delivery have been too lazy to come upstairs and leave it at the door. At first I thought it was because it was hard to find my apartment or which entrance to come through. But this final time was it because he knew where to drop off my food just choose to not come upstairs. Ignoring both instructions entirely and not considerate to my own comfort of not wanting to have face to face interaction during a PANDEMIC. It be one thing if I lived on the top floor, literally only four steps and if I lived in a hour away....literally 10 minutes away. Don't choose to walk there because I'm sick. If your a person and you want to maintain distance and want your request for deliver to be follow through then don't order delivery from here because the delivery people are not respectful
