Always clean inside, and there's never any parking issues. The free drying is appreciated.nnI've only used the pickup and delivery service once, when we had a massive amount that I couldn't manage on nyowby. They did a great job for 1/3 less than the other laundromat nearby.
I do my laundry here and always notice that both Wanda & Luis are constantly cleaning sweeping moping & wiping down the doors to the washers dryers benches and tables just once I had a problem with the change machine but they immediately took care of it, very pleasant people they have working for this laundromat, wish other laundromats had employees like them. And they're always making sure everyone has their masks on for the safety of themselves as well as all customers.
Today is less crowded for a Sunday bro happy to actually have some personal space. Everyone is wearing their masks. So that's always good.nNice and cool in here. So I'm relaxed as I wait for my clothes to wash then dry.
I just Recently started Utilizing the wash in fold from this location. I have been very satisfied working with Luis and Wanda. I love that they take their time folding my clothes and going the extra mile to ensure they are as easy as possible to put away. I’ve bought my clothes at night although he did well washing he didn’t really put the effort into the folding. From what I’ve absorbed seems every time I ever used the wash and fold during the night time shift there was some kind of problem that followed it. So I will say they do well washing but morning mid day team Seemed to take their job a bit more serious and never had any problems with them.
Someone stole half of my clothes. I walked in with two full baskets. Walked out with one and and half ? Who does that ? I noticed there was a group of about 3 or 4 people who had MULTIPLE black bags with mountains of clothes that they were folding. Staff should be more aware of suspicious activity. I stepped out for 5 minutes to get coffee and came back with 25 percent of my clothes missing. I will not come here any longer.
