This is an amazing privately owned business. I recently bought an engagement ring (she said yes for those wondering) and the whole process was flawless and an experience i will always remember. From the owner, all the way down to the staff, the environment and customer service should be applauded. I will certainly be a repeat customer.
Have purchased at DBK at least a dozen times. Spent thousands of dollars here. Ted the owner never remembers my face or name after so many purchases. I also had him turn my wedding ring set from yellow to white gold for a considerable price. I came back a couple years later to ask him to please redo it and he pretended he never saw me b4 and wanted to charge me another time to just dip it. I had enough. I'm just sorry I gave him so much business and sold him so much of my gold and he made quite a profit.
Great job resizing my engagement ring, and the fastest turn around time available. Really a family place, same people are always there and they remember you and are super helpful.
