These guys were fantastic. Very professional and customer focused. My kitchen looks amazing and no one has any idea that refaced it. Keep in mind that refacing doesn't mean you have to stick to what you got. We ripped down some cabinets to open the space, added a spice rack where there was just a spacer, added slide pot and pan shelving, beefed up the peninsula to make it look substantial and modern. High quality materials and really good craftsman with attention to detail.
Heartwood is awesome! We began our research over 2 years ago and visited 3 clients to see their work. All of them were extremely happy and the workmanship was flawless. They even supported us through Covid. Heartwood is reliable, flexible, extremely experienced and great to work with. Our 25 yr old kitchen looks brand new! In mid 2016, Heartwood Cabinet refaced our kitchen cabinets. Last week, one of the large cabinet door hinges broke suddenly, causing the door to fall onto our stone counter-top. Fortunately neither the door nor the counter-top were damaged. I called Heartwood last week and left a message explaining what happened and asked for a return call. I received a call-back today and the owner said he'd stop by next week. I was able to order a replacement door hinge so I've fixed the issue myself. I appreciated the call-back considering that it's been 4 years since the installation.
I love my new kitchen. Heartwood did everything they said they would and then some. Saved a lot of money too. Ended up with better cabinets than I would have had elsewhere.
This is the WORST quality kitchen you can ever get!We had kitchen done by Hearwood about 4 months ago and paint is already chipping off. This is not a quality you would expect when spending tens of thousands of dollars for a poor paint job and seams that are VERY noticeable. It might look good from very far but it is miles far from good. Stay away!
