Went into Mattress Firm inquiring about a warranty, had a confirmation the next day from Mattress Firms corporate office. First off, their Warranty Program is fantastic and easy to use. Went into the Newington Mattress Firm the next day and dealt with Augustine. He was absolutely phenomenal, very polite and knowledgeable. Showed us all of our opinions that were fitting to our needs. Couldn’t ask for a better transaction.
I can’t say enough about how helpful Sales Manager Augustine Amponsah Kusi was a couple weeks ago in helping me select the perfect mattress for my sister-in-law and her husband. He was extremely knowledgeable of the various companies, their brands, and the features of mattresses and adjustable bases. And he listened carefully to my needs and was not at all pushy. He went to extra lengths to have the mattress delivered quickly to her home in Massachusetts, and it arrived precisely as expected. I appreciated Mattress Firm’s easy delivery tracking system and the courteous ( and strong!) delivery men. And, best of all, my relatives are enjoying a super-comfortable bed and enjoying the adjustable bed! Thank you, Augustine!
We had a great experience at Mattress Firm. The Sales Rep offered different suggestions as we shared our needs for a firmer mattress. It was quick, easy, and fun! She wasn’t trying to up sell or pressure us into anything. Great experience I would definitely recommend!

We stopped here while looking for a new mattress. The selection was good and the prices were comparable to other stores. What caused us to buy from them was the great service we received from Augustine. He was polite and friendly and not pushy at all.
