Phone is always busy. No way of contacting them unless you call 911. The smoke alarm periodically goes off in my apartment complex and the fire department has to reset it. Every time I call them the phone is busy. Even if I wait 5-10 minutes and call again it’s busy. They need to have a tel number specifically for emergency calls.
I live up the street and they have come to the building quickly when the alarms go off.. The firefighters were very nice and checked the place thoroughly before letting us back in with our pets.. all 6 apartments.
I admire their bravery and perseverance and want them to keep saving lives. Thank you.
