Dr. Schweizer was the best dentist I've ever had. I went to him for the couple of years that I lived in Connecticut. The most important thing personally is that he's not overly aggressive with dental procedures: with me, he identified a few potential problem areas and encouraged preventative care (including to stop eating breath mints which had apparently been giving me cavities), while keeping an eye on those spots. As a result, the problem areas on my teeth haven't changed for years, and I haven't had to undergo unnecessary work. He also uses new technology, including low-radiation digital X-rays.
Dr. Schweitzer is an AMAZING person, and does phenomenal work! And its unfortunately that he has Cruella de Vil working at his reception desk! I called to make an appointment and was told that i had an unpaid bill and that i was removed from the practice. I was like uhhhh excuse me? I never knew anything about this. And that snotty old wench that works at the desk was the least amount of helpful. Im willing to take care of that bill, but don’t think i would ever want to go back there and have to deal with that woman! Dr. Schweitzer, you may want to reevaluate her, she probably is making you loose alot of business and you arent aware!! I will tell EVERYBODY, to stay AWAYYY from there as long as she works there! Sorry Doc!
