Awful service. Bus driver for my wedding was late, slow, disorganized, constantly lost, rude, and irresponsible. Disappeared toward the end of the wedding (when contracted for 6hrs) and couldn't be found. Had to call dispatch to have them call him to come back. Filed a complaint with the company and after a over a week there has been no resolution or communication returned to help me. I even got a mystery extra charge on my credit card after the fact! When the entire thing had been paid in full ahead of time. Do NOT trust this company, EVER.
