We had an incredible experience at the Manchester store. Naomi was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and we left with two fantastic rugs at a great price which really tie the room together. We recommend Kaoud to all our friends and will be visiting Kaoud for all of our future needs.
Just a short note saying how pleased we were with the wonderful personal service. Kaoud’s just could not have been more accommodating. They came picked up our rugs, cleaned and attended to each necessary repair plus delivered the rugs to our new address some 70 miles away. Special thanks and gratitude to the professionalism of Naomi who helped us in every way. Willy also assisted us and delivered the rugs. We had been looking for a carpet that would complement our midcentury modern decor. Your staff was very patient and helpful as we flipped through SO MANY rugs. We absolutely love our rug - and say so nearly every day! The colors and pattern are beautiful and fit our home's style perfectly. We now happily own the most beautiful rug in the world!
