Kay Jewelers gave me the very best service possible it is exactly what I expected after this many years of being a customer.nThank you very much Kay Jewelers.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. This store and their employee Jeff and store manager Carmen have the worst customer service and care for their customers I have ever experienced in my life!!nNot only in the midst of Covid did they lose my fiance's engagement ring but during Covid when we emailed and kept asking if they could check on it in fear that it might get lost we were assured with a generic response that it was in good hands and safe.nSince they didn't even bother to check on it, it ended up getting lost and it took months of us calling after everything opened back up to finally get it back. During the whole process it would take weeks for them to respond to us and would only keep telling us they couldn't get in touch with anyone or knew where it was at. They didn't even seem to care and just acted like it wasn't a big deal not to worry.nTo top it off we also both had custom things made for our wedding bands and it was a complete disaster!! Not only did they promise that they could make the custom ring but when they finished making it and it looked nothing like the digital image they made and we were not happy they wanted to change us to remake a new wax mold then when we refused to pay for another mold they told us they didn't think they could accomplish making the ring in the digital image they made! Completely ridiculous!!nNot to mention the whole process took months longer than it was suppose to because they would take weeks to respond to things.nLastly when we finally said we were done and asked for a refund they said that they could only put the refund on the Kay's card and we would have to wait until the balance on the card showed an overage and we would have to call the Kay's jeweler credit company to send us the check. Since the cards were already paid off and we wasted all that time on a custom ring they couldn't make then we had to wait another month almost to get the refund.nTHIS IS THE WORST STORE EVER... DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT SHOP THERE!

Everyone here has been exceptionally helpful. The selection is great. There's always something to fall in love with.

Unprofessional and the store was over an hour late opening while the staff stood around

DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU NEED A GIFT FOR A SPECIFIC TIME. I purchased 2 rings for my daughters for Valentines a month prior and paid extra to expedite. The notified me the afternoon the day before Valentines that they can’t fill the order and canceled it. This is after I reached out to them 3 days ago and was assured they would be here. Just another chain store that doesn’t care about a customer.
