I am a pandora fan and michaels jewelers has almost everything for their selection, however the only way we will shop here is if Hannah is working Her customer service is out of this world she greets every single customer that walks in even if she is helping someone she acknowledges you,to me that is very important in this industry we appreciate everything she does for me and for also helping my wife with my picky choices YOU ROCK

My wife and I recently visited this Michaels location and could not have been happier with our experience there. There was a minor mishap that occurred involving a ring that Mark offered to clean, and as a result of this totally accidental issue, the store manager, Hannah, immediately offered to replace the ring with a brand new one, at no cost. She also went above and beyond when we expressed interest in purchasing a diamond infinity band; she gave us a deal that we could not refuse. We have been customers of this location for many years, and this experience solidified our standing as customers for life. Mark is a real gentleman and is very polite and patient, and goes above and beyond to be sure you know everything about the jewelry you are interested in purchasing. There also is NEVER any pressure from anyone we have ever dealt with in this store to buy anything. Kudos to management and staff for providing a high-quality customer experience. We highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for jewelry.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Hannah when shopping for an engagement ring. This is really not my thing but she was extremely knowledgeable and helped make the entire experience a success. Everyone at the store was pleasant to work with and answered any questions I had to reassure I was making the right decisions. I highly recommend for any and all jeweler needs!
