I went in about a week ago to get a color match. The new manager they’ve hired Jiliyan is horrible. She argued with me and said the color can’t be matched and asked me too many questions. Very rude and abrupt behavior even after as a customer, I apologized for any miscommunication. She had an attitude the whole time and did not give me any attention. Stopped me mid-sentence and walked away. I will not be coming back to this Sherwin Williams again. I never have had this bad experience and hope to have better care from a manager.
My painter uses Sherwin Williams so I was picking out some colors. The store has a clear layout so it was obvious where to look.nnI picked out a few swatches based on the display.nnI was looking for basic white for walls and trim and a light gray to match. I asked the employee for suggestions. He gave some great suggestions and my wife chose his suggestions.nnI was simple advice but it was very helpful.
Very nice people went there with a friend to pick up his paint for his building color was a little off but they tinted it right to the way he wanted
Excellent job guys, super happy with the service. I will always get all my supplies from you guys!
Stopped by on Sunday 10 minutes before they closed to pick out color swatches with my wife and the young man working was so polite and patient and understanding with us. We will definitely be back
